Endicott Wears R.E.D. Group Photo

Endicott students, faculty and staff wear R.E.D (Remember Everyone Deployed Day) to help show awareness and support for everyone deployed.

We asked students, faculty and staff why they wear R.E.D. (Remember Everyone Deployed Day).

Amy Guider says, “I’m wearing red to support the veterans. Though I don’t have a veteran in my life, whenever something comes around involving them I feel the need to participate because I am thankful for what I have.”

Chris Moca says, “I’m wearing red today because my father served in Vietnam. He was drafted just after he was married and was there for 7 years.”

Brittany Potter explains, “I’m wearing red today to support all those who are currently deployed. If I could pinpoint someone in my life it would be my brother-in-law’s best friend, Rob. He is over in Afghanistan currently serving.”

Amy Cohn says, “I’m wearing red today because I think it's important to remember people who are so far from home doing work that they've chosen to do in service of everyone of us. Their lives are harder to make our lives easier.”
