Endicott Football

In their 2019 season finale, the Endicott College football team defeated Nichols College at Vendetti Field by a score of 35-7.

The Gulls found the endzone first with senior Justin McEwn catching a 2-yard touchdown pass from veteran Joe Kalosky.

Nichols countered with a touchdown of their own, with quarterback Micheal Pina finding receiver Tony Martignoli for a 4-yard score.

Endicott rallied back when kicker Nick DiCariano connected on a 27-yard field goal, as the Gulls ended the half up by a score of 10-7.

In the second half, some great plays were made by the Blue and Green. DiCairano would connect on another field goal, this time from 33 yards. Shortly after, wide receiver Anthony Bracamonte ran nine yards into the endzone.

The Gulls showed their skills once more when Will Genaway caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Kalosky. Endicott’s Greg Ruff ended the game with a 1-yard score of his own.

The Gulls shut out Nichols and scored 24 unanswered points in the final quarter. The Gulls will wait for postseason announcements in the coming week.
